Description	Work with Marketing Manager on the development of comprehensive communication plan. Supervise the development of various communication tools in consistency with the Group graphic guidelines and strategy: •Printing material : leaflets, brochures, catalogues •Digital : updating the websites, editing the newsletters, flash animation •Media : monitoring media coverage of the organization and maintaining a photo library, advertising campaigns •Events : product launches, seminars, gala dinners, inaugurations, exhibition •Showrooms & advertising on points of sales For all the above, coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams, external advertising agencies and miscellaneous suppliers. This position may also provide administrative support to the marketing department that includes scheduling meetings, events and processing invoices.
Qualifications	•Mother tongue: Arabic •Very good oral and written English •Ability to multitask •Highly organized •Creative •Articulate •Excellent people skills •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Must be self-motivated and independent, able to work with a minimum of supervision •Polished presentation and interpersonal skills required for representing the firm in diverse environments •Excellent oral and written Arabic & English •Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite of applications •Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photo-shop, In Design •Market knowledge of Electrical field is a plus •Experience in business to business communication is a plus
