 Answering all incoming calls and recording messages when necessary  Making national and international phone calls as requested  Developing a filing system and maintaining the system up to date  Developing a “Client Contact List” database and updating it with new contact details  Attending meetings, taking minutes and making professional reports + following up when necessary  Taking dictation, composing and typing correspondences, faxes, email, etc…  Planning and organizing external and internal meetings including agendas and documents for meetings  Following-up and updating management on all pending issues  Translating documents (English/Arabic), and presenting documents under any specific required format  Preparing Power point presentations and other computer related work  Assisting in the preparation of events, conferences, or other receptions
Bachelor degree from a four-year accredited university
Female
3 - 5 Years.
Articulate with excellent oral and written communications skills
