Supports the Sales Department Manager in the preparation of realistic commercial vehicles sales targets for his sales region or product line, and cascades the sales objectives to his team Follows up with reporting sales representatives on the attainment of quantitative and qualitative sales objectives, and provides the sales team with guidance, direction, and support in order to maximize profitability and market share and achieve the established sales objectives Monitors the performance of sales representatives, in terms of commercial efforts, quality of client portfolio (share of wallet, collection, etc.), growth achieved, sales mix, customers satisfaction level, and adherence to sales policies and standards Is responsible for the timely performance reporting of his team Supervises the collection of due receivables associated with commercial vehicles sales Controls costs of the sales team and ensures compliance with the established budget Manages the area sales office administratively, and ensures adequate support is provided to sales representatives of other areas or products, as required Ensures that customer queries are responded to promptly, and product orders are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner Participates in and follows up on the management of complaints filed by commercial vehicles customers in the area or for the product
Experience in the sales least 5-10 years of related technical experience 5+ years of Sales Engineer experience Bachelor of Engineering preferred Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills Analytical problem solving skills Strong client interfacing ability Comfort interfacing with employer and client executive levels
