• Participate in a variety of recruitment activities aiming at the organization’s recruitment process efficiency, effectiveness and equability. • Conduct interviews for potential external and internal candidates. • Analyze the training needs of individuals or groups of employees to develop training programs that enhance their know-how, skills, and performance. • Design, deliver and administrate the organizations training program in accordance with the organizations training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees as well as meeting the current and future Human Resources needs. • Work in all areas of Human Resources. • Ensure compliance of procedures with Egyptian Labor Law. • Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis from the Performance Appraisals, and deliver it to the Training division. • Supervise implementation process of Human Resources policies, programs, and procedures. • Advise management and employees on issues or problems related to Human Resources.
• 3-4 years of experience the Human Resources field as a generalist with focus on recruitment. • University Graduate with post graduate studies in Human Resources. • Strong Command of both written and spoken English. • Exposure to the different Human Resources functions recruitment, training, organizational development, compensation and benefit. • Good knowledge in Human Resources systems, processes and policies is an added advantage. • Experience in managing a team. • Strong communication and presentational skills. • Multitasking with excellent time management. • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
