With Minimum Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Engineering with 10 years & experience in:
Coordinating with IT Departments to develop contract scopes of work, cost estimates, financial studies, bid slate justification, hypothetical
quantities, technical evaluation questionnaires and criteria, negotiation plans and parameters, and obtain appropriate system and non-system
approvals in accordance with company contracting policies and procedures.
- Providing contractual advice and technical guidance to IT Departments in order to optimize contract terms and conditions which serve the bes
nterests of the company.
- Liaising and coordinate with Contracting Department representatives regarding the development of contract documents, negotiation
proposals, and finalization of technical and commercial evaluation results.
- Monitoring the duration and expenditure of contracts and take timely action to ensure contract operational requirements are met.
- Preparing necessary Executive Management Committee proposals and coordinate related approvals according to company contracting
policies and procedures.
- Participating in presentations to vendors to explain job and procedural requirements; facilitate technical responses relating to bid clarifications
from vendors and participate in vendor negotiation meetings to optimize terms and conditions.
- Providing advice as required to develop individual contract internal administrative procedures which will ensure contracts are administered
according to company policy and general audit requirements.
- When required participate in actions necessary to resolve disputes.
- Providing and coordinate input to high level long term procurement plans and strategies.
- Prepare business studies as required for executive management consideration.
- Developing professional presentations for executive management.
- Proposing recommendations with justification for changes in contracting policies, procedures and practices for management approval.
- Training and mentor subordinate staff on contracting matters and utilization of related systems.
- Performing miscellaneous related duties as requested.
