1.Provide client support and describe technical issues face to face or via E-Mail or phone. 2.Configure clients equipment to connect to EGA network and Internet effectively. 3.Handle IT equipment (UPS, Printers, Monitors) maintenance with external supplier. 4.Provide training to clients in the use of systems and applications. 5.Obtain full understanding of operating systems and applications used by EGA members. 6.Obtain general understanding of TCP/IP and computer networking concepts. 7.Escalate to direct manager in case of failure detection or network resources misuse. 8.Perform the preventive maintenance plan provided by direct manager. 9.Manage all IT technical operations spare parts.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or equivalent discipline. - Min. 2 years of work experience in the same field
