• Perform assembly, pre-testing, disassembly, cleaning, in process inspection, machining, final testing, and final inspection on various types of SAMSON products. • Perform receipt inspection of various valves and parts; being able to verify and match incoming material with customer and SAMSON receiving documentation. • Read and interpret various mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings, customer specifications and valve assembly and maintenance instructions. • Understand the functionality and purpose of various SAMSON products and communicate the same to the management and the customer. • Work overtime as required. This may involve evening and weekend call in with very little notice. • Performing and supervising local and long distance field service jobs when required. • Using company systems to assist inside sales in maintaining accuracy of sales orders. • Capable of performing contract reviews of incoming service orders. • Responsible for implementation of production schedule in assigned area to ensure customer delivery expectations are met. • Unloads materials from trucks by hand or with hand operated or motorized equipment • Inspects items, as to quality and quantity, against freight documents. • Counts and measures goods received or issued. • Perform other duties as required.
BSC in Mechanical Engineering from reputed university, 3-5 years experience in planning, assembling, testing and servicing of CONTROL VALVES, self operated regulators, positioners & accessories.
