•Operates the warehouse management system in place, making sure all data is updated correctly in the system and reflects physical warehouse activities and stock levels (accuracy and integrity) •Receives pre-alerts and shipment orders from the customers. •For each receipt, generates discrepancy report and reports to the customer. •For each order, generates the pick list. •Distributes tasks for picking and put away among workers to meet SLAs. •Follows up on any special requirements for any customer & reports to Logistics Operations Manager any issues where needed. •reports all costs. •Generates tasks for inventory counts regularly or as per customers’ requirements to check inventory accuracy & integrity. •Manages the team of warehouse keeper and workers to ensure the required jobs are done. •Manages the team members administratively (vacations, evaluations) •Supervises loading/unloading trucks. •Makes sure the warehouse is kept clean and safe •Makes sure security & safety policies are adhered to. •Files all deposits and exits papers in a proper filing system for reference and easy retrieval. •Performs the responsibilities of the warehouse operative when necessary to ensure continuity of work. •Collects KPIs as needed to meet company policies and customer requirements. •Arrange for part-time labor and temporary MHE when needed to satisfy work requirements.
• Bachelor Degree • Good Command of English • MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook) • 2-3 years experience in logistics
