| Description | • Supervising the indoor or/and outdoor cleaning process in the clients site. • Revising the manpower attendance made by team leaders and informs the Site Manager of them. •Receiving the client complains and ending them during the day then preparing their replies and giving them to the Site Manager by the end of the day. •Avoiding the client complains by taking the notes of the client’s representative in consideration to coordinate between him and the company work schedule. •Observing the full bins during the day and guarantee their collection in the collection time according to the collection schedule. •Acquiring full knowledge of the site concerning important and sensitive places and reaching problems solutions as soon as possible as he is considered as a responsible for the site. |
