| Description | To maintain the quality of both outpatient and inpatient adjudication quality control by assuring that all process are up to the quality control measures developed 2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for achieving a collaborative working environment between other departments performing quality-assurance, management & improvement activities Keep Medical QAA Manager informed in a timely manner of all processes, obstacles and resolutions Assists with the monitoring of unusual occurrences/variations; conducts root cause analysis & prepares action-plans & recommendations for the Medical QA Department Maintains current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring as well as feedback to relevant and responsible departments |
| Qualifications | fresh graduate Doctors 2 to 3 years Experience in hospital Age should not be more than 33 years old. University degree (BS) in Medicine; English language level shall not be less than - Proficiency Level Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint |
