Support the company departments by performing all secretarial work tasks. Tasks: •Welcome Guests and assist them to reach the targeted person. •Manage correspondences (emails, letters etc…) as well as filing of documents by: *Maintaining an incoming log and outgoing log for all company ins and outs. *Keeping the records and files updated *Dispatching the internal memos and correspondences with high quality standard to all company destinations (factory, outlets) and departments. •Answer the incoming phone calls and direct them to the concerned person as well as make external calls to company staff when required. •Send faxes according to the business needs and file them by saving them on Personal file in computer. •Provide assistance to all the staff in making copies and binding. •Write, edit and prepare electronic documents –often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software- for company staff when required.. •Assist in the PR activities as sending telegraphs and sending flowers as required. Besides, assist in the preparation of the business meetings and events. •Follows up courier handling and review invoices to ensure they match with what was sent. •Handle flight reservations and hotel bookings , locally and internationally, when required •Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager which include but not limited to the above mentioned duties
