Description | • Follow-up assignments, responsibilities and deadlines set by the Associate Dean; collaborating and sharing work load when necessary. • Assist with the annual and monthly reports for AACSB Accreditation, NAQAAE, and others as needed. • Manage all the logistical and operational tasks related to the School of Business-Office of Accreditation and Assessment. • Establish and continuously update a database of the faculty and staff. • Maintain confidential faculty and staff resumes, records. • Assist with annual goal-setting and strategic planning for the School and its Departments and Programs. • Attend School of Business AACSB and Assessment sessions and take minutes of meetings. |
Qualifications | Minimum education requirement: BA/BSc degree in business or business-related discipline required Experience: 4-6 years related experience in administrative work. Skills: • Excellent command of English, and Arabic both spoken and written • Excellent interpersonal, communication and administration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organization skills and Ability to prioritize and work under pressure • Tact, diplomacy and discretion • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP, Photoshop). |
