Provide advices and information for management and employees on personnel policies - Develop and maintain personal files for all national and international staff, where each files for contents are in accordance with Egypt laws. - Oversees, coordinates, maintains, and /or processes some documents for staff, if needed. - Monitor the attendance system and make sure there a proper link to the HRIS. - Prepare the data required for the social insurance authority and taxes authority in regards to the present employees. Monitor all leaves (annual vacations. sick leaves. emergency leaves .unpaid leave. etc ….) ensuring that relevant policies are adhered to.  Contacting with the labor official office to mange any relation between the employees and the company  Complete hiring process and follow up of the insurance procedures and labor office procedures.  Issuing personnel reports required, for tracking employees records.
Bachelor degree of business administration or equivalent - From 0 to 2 years of experience -Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills - Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
