•Welcoming visitors & liaising their requirements with the required departments •Answering & transferring local & International phone calls. •Organizing & coordinating all issues related to meetings. •Responsible for Hotel reservation & booking train tickets. •Ordering stationary for all company •Receiving & Distributing daily mails. •Receiving & sending couriers (International & domestic). •Responsible for handling & allocating monthly admin invoices. •Copying & filing admin invoices. •Handling photo copiers & Faxes machine’s maintenance •Support all employees in administration requests
University Graduate Excellent English Excellent computer skills Max.2 years experience in a similar post in a dynamic organization
