Description | • Acts as a receptionist for the Center. • Complete all types of forms and maintains them at the front desk. • Fill Worksheets relevant to day-to-day activities of the Center and its staff. • Receives phone calls & responds to walk-in inquiries. • Handles mail distribution. • Composes correspondence: memos, faxes and reports. • Maintains all Centers’ records and filing including archiving and updating most frequently used files. • Keeps record of all stationary (office stationary, letterheads, envelopes, business cards…etc), their order forms and their usage and distribution among the Center’s staff and other relevant parties. Maintains their inventory check as well. • Assists in event organization in terms of maintaining guest lists, contacting them, preparing invites and overseeing their delivery, venue preparation and reservation, catering, travel arrangements…etc. • Follows up on pending and on-going tasks for the Center including maintenance of office space…etc. • Handles the Center’s email account. • Manage other administrative tasks as required by the assistant to chair or chair |
