Job description The role matches Cross-BL resource demand and supply and creates resource recommendations based on an optimized resource plan. The role obtains agreement from key stakeholders and supporting functions on the Optimized Resource Plan and ensure business plans are interlocked. o Specifies, initiates and maintains a Capacity Management Database (CDB); o Identify, catalogue and understand the business workloads and make recommendations for rescheduling to ensure efficient use of resources; o Manage demand to ensure efficient and effective use of resources; o Estimate the resources required to support each current and proposed application; o Ensure that the cost-effective provision of IT capacity meet business requirements; o Produce metrics and management reports as required; o Produce and maintain a capacity plan; o Review the capacity management function for effectiveness and efficiency and make recommendations for improvemen
