Enterprise GEO Account Manager (Nordics) - Stockholm


This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden; Helsinki, Finland or Copenhagen, Denmark.

The role: Enterprise GEO Account Manager (Nordics)

Your main role will be to develop and close sales of the Google Enterprise Geo portfolio in the region. Working within the Google Enterprise team and the wider business you will develop new prospects and follow up on marketing and sales leads in order to deliver on quarterly quotas and achieve sales objectives for Google's enterprise business.
You will work in a cross industry role requiring a broad set of capabilities to deal with stakeholders within the customer base and within Google to develop this market. You will be a quota carrying hands on sales person with business development thinking to help drive the success of this market. You'll open doors with potential partners, help to lead exploratory discussions with them, evaluate opportunities and negotiate and close business deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly sales quotas and generate and qualify all leads and sales opportunities
  • Negotiate and close strategic and revenue deals and manage existing partners
  • Leverage Google sales engineering and marketing resources and provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them
  • Represent Google at trade shows and industry events
  • Travel around the region to meet with customers. Occasional travel in the rest of Europe and to USA for training, conferences, and internal meetings

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of selling enterprise solutions in the region and preferably elsewhere in Europe
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects/deals with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment with a confident, competitive, thorough and tenacious attitude
