Account Manager (Sales) - RayaCorp


JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Focus on developing relationships with new customers, as well as expanding existing ones to preserve the customer loyalty to the Company. Manages the territory and interfaces with decision-makers. Develops and executes the business plan targeting medium to strategic accounts. Analyzes customer needs to build solutions to our clients to provide them with business edge against their competitors. Interfaces with all internal departments to solve customer problems and to achieve high level of customer satisfaction. Negotiates contracts to ensure best outcome in favor of our company. Prepares proposals and ensure its quality to keep the companys standards. Follows up with the project Management department to guarantee project proper delivery, customer satisfaction and money collection
-Qualifications • Writing technical proposals. • Horizontal knowledge of all the IT solutions (Data Center Hosting Services, communications, Hardware & Applications). • Wide Sector coverage to increase the market share & the company’s profits.
