Mission
The Services Sales Executive (SSE) is responsible for driving specific Services offerings to enterprise customers helping them more efficiently realise the value of their Microsoft investments. SSE is expected to drive Services revenue, manage business development, account development, customer satisfaction, client relationships, and overall account strategies. In order to understand the client business objectives and deliver services engagements, SSE will interface intimately with the client at all levels of the organization. SSE will assist in defining the short and long- term account planning and strategy across assigned Vertical/s. SSE will work closely with Enterprise Partners Group in developing and managing the sales pipeline. The goal of the Services Executive is to help drive the overall services relationship forward and drive product penetration and consulting services revenue in customer engagements. Managing executive relationships and negotiating high risk situations will be an everyday challenge in this position. In addition, he/she is expected to primarily drive one of the key strategic initiatives. This exciting business is key to the successful development and deployment of the Microsoft platform and our credibility in the industry.

Experience / Educational Requirements
BA or BSc degree ; Master’s Degree is preferred Min. 5-8+ years of working experience, eg. consulting sales, client/project management, high-end professional services business development. Strong services business knowledge. Know-how on Vertical Industries Expertise in business development and business management. Depth of experience in a variety of applicable technologies Able to understand and articulate Microsoft strategy and vision to a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities
Drive Improvement in Customer and Partner Experience accross teritory and delivering value beyond customer expectations Drive Account Planning process to build opportunity generation plan including pipeline management Meet financial commitments to Premier & Consulting Services for the assigned territory Alignment with Services and Partners Group Business Priorities and ensure collaboration and delivery of a single territory plan Ensure accuracy of resource planning and successful delivery of engagements Work in concert with opportunity owners to develop sales strategy, present, make proposals, close on engagements & establish the appropriate mix of services sold Be able to coordinate, align and deliver full Platform Value message to customers, Sales team and Partners. Drive Microsoft Industry Relevance into accounts through proposing and selling consulting engagements. Drive teamwork to develop an Industry strategy.
