JOB DESCRIPTION:
-1.Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance. 2.Interfacing with the administrative staff for event and meeting schedules. 3.Supervising staff and insuring that the set up work is completed. (And assisting as needed.) 4.Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs. 5.Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, schedule compliance, etc. 6.Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. .Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the machines shop industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance. 8.Supervises plant maintenance personnel. 9. Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
-Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferred Electrical
