Determine the running operating system on the PC according to its compatibility. Install the new users PC and the relevant operating system and connect to the domain. Orient the new comer on the relevant data system. Install the IP phone as per the new user level and grade. Monitor the efficiency of all PCs periodically to fix any simple damage. Control the ticketing system to resolve users problems Software or hardware. Create VPN Virtual Private Network to the user as required. Enhance the users power and authority to install or uninstall programs, USB, or any data. Monitor the network equipment firewall, access point, switches, routers to ensure the smooth operation system. Ensure the operation of the physical lines. Upgrade the physical network components. Check up the leased line between the Head Office and the factory. Connect the IP phone to the network. Ensure all hard ware are connected to the network. Install the operating systems on the servers. Create all users, and the relevant policy and privacy. Follow up the domain functions operations. Maintain the operation of all users Antivirus, common, Internet, or database.
-Qualifications Experience from – 4 years Knowledge :• Operating core system and its support • Awareness of Hardware maintenance and software maintenance including pc\laptops, printers /tools • Awareness of Networking LAN\WAN • Awareness of VPN & Voice over IP • Awareness of Remote support • Awareness of security concept and fire wales
