JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Handle monthly payroll logistics for the new comers /leavers with the recruitment and personnel sections. Update the system with the new comers salary. Delete the leavers bank account from the system. Calculate the monthly effects and payroll for CEOs approval. Communicate with the related banks to ensure the transaction process is executed efficiently and resolve any related queries regarding the transactions process. Update the HRIS system regarding the budget, promotions, medical or life insurance annual forecasted increase. Ensure HRIS system data are accurate Vs. budget. Update the HRIS system with all promotions. Calculate and update the HRIS system with the annual forecasted increase, medical insurance and social insurance increase. Compare the actual payroll budget Vs. Planned payroll, and finance on monthly basis. Justify saving/ over budget per department Vs. Planned payroll budget.
-Qualifications • Awareness of HR Functions • Advanced Compensation awareness • Basic financial of budgeting awareness • Understanding of HR strategies , policies & procedures
