Personal Assistant to the CEO وظائف خالية - وظيفة مساعد شخصى


JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Organize CEOs agenda. – Follow up on the main points raised during the monthly top managements meetings. – Organize meetings and taking minutes of these meetings. – Filing and sorting of important documentations, managerial decisions, memos, etc, both soft & hard copies.. – Properly receiving and hosting CEOs visitors and incoming calls. – Drafting and following up CEOs incoming and outgoing letters, correspondences and e-mails. – Responsible of CEOs travel itinerary; travel arrangements, accommodation, bookings, etc. – Preparation of CEOs meetings such as relevant documents and special arrangements. – Any other task or assignment as per CEOs instructions.
-Qualifications Suitable academic background – Utmost accuracy, focus, prioritizing and work coordination. – Communication skills in dealing with individuals. – Management & organizational skills. – Diplomatic. – Flexibility and ability to work after working hours when needed. – Mobility in carrying out external assignments as requested by the CEO. – Interpersonal skills. – English & computer proficiency.
