Job Description:
Project management – planning, sizing, effort and schedule estimation, project monitoring, software configuration management and status/risk reportingProject life cycle – initiation requirement management, design and project closure
Quality – manage and adherence
People management – work allocation, resource utilization, skill gap analysis and team management
Cost management – be responsible for project budgets, overall team cost allocations and efficiency gains
Skills Required
Proficiency and very good exposure to project management life cycle
Exposure and very good knowledge of industry standard processes and tools
Ability to effectively perform end to end conflict management on project matters
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead a team and resolve various conflicts and interpersonal matters
Be the client face off and manage all aspects of the project and expectations
Ability to perform very effective management reporting

Academic Qualifications
BSC of Computer Science / Engineering or any relevant major in addition to Project Management Certificate.
Years of Experience
7 – 9 years of working experience desired
Type of Experience
Financial Services and/or Banking IT industry and a very good exposure to a project development life cycle with emphasis on feasibility study, estimation, requirement analysis and planning.
