JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Advice department heads with policies and programs updates. Enforce and monitor established policies, programs turn down times, streamlining work processes, and working cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless services. Develops the annual plan for the Quality Assurance program and directs its implementation; Investigates complaints of non-conformance and arranges for corrective actions, when applicable; Assigns independent internal auditors and supervises their quality review activities; Liaises with external Quality Certification auditors for the coordination of quality audits and updates. Analyzes statistical data, writes evaluation reports and suggests corrective actions accordingly; Undertakes the planning, following and executing for all programs that has relation with quality to create awareness for company employees, customers and subcontractors;
-Qualifications •Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives Additional certification. & training in Quality Assurance & ISO. Preferably Master degree or PhD in quality •Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills •Proven ability to achieve results through direction of others •Strong Logical & Analytical skills.
