Job Description:
Feasibility – participate in feasibility study and initiationDesign – participate in the technical design
Coding – primarily guide and mentor tams to analyse and develop as per the specification
Review – participate in review of design, code, test plan and test results
Support – provide support during all phases of a project or a development
Team Management – ensure proper communication and coordination amongst the team members
Client interaction – communicate and coordinate with the client and be the face off
Skills Required
AS400, DB2/400, ILE RPG, ILE CLP, SQL RPGLE, SDA, REPORTS, Procedures, MQ Series, Knowledge of Batch Jobs, System concepts, ILE Concepts
Proficiency in application design, development and application support
Adhering to industry standard processes such as Capability Maturity Model
Ability to efficiently solve technical issues to ensure timely delivery
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform sub team management and resolve various conflicts and interpersonal matters

BSC of Computer Science / Engineering
