JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Explain products, services & prices and answer clients inquires * Conduct outbound calls to promote sales and gather feedback * Make a record of clients data , inquires, complaints, comments & actions taken *Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts *conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain clear info about the market ,clients& competitors *Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for services, qualify assigned leads in terms of sector ,current needs, decision maker ,current service provider ,address, etc. *schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with the prospective customers *Answer all inbound calls in timely and professional manner as well as assist customers who have specific inquires or complaints.
-Qualifications Bachelor degree in any discipline. Fluency in the English Language Presentable, Attention to details, excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Active listening: Giving full attention to what other people are saying. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills. Punctuality in time . A sound Knowledge of telephone etiquette.
