JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Update and upgrade The compensations process map to clarify the specific procedures that all the employees must follow when they receive their benefits. 2. Prepare the penalties’ reports per site to stress on the reasons to participate in solve of the reasons behind the penalty. 3. Participate in updating the job family’s data during the year to support the career plan for all the jobs in the head quarters and sites. 4. Participate in preparing and revising the analytical benefit’s data in the head quarters and Sites to create equality between the WADI HOLDING employees. 5. Participate in preparing the compensations analysis reports per month, quarter and yearly to present it to Board and top management. 6. Participate in preparing the yearly Compensations work plan and Plan Documents as needed and on a timely basis. .
Offered Salary From 1800 To 2000 LE
