JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Follow-up to meet all the needs and desires of our customers as well as work to resolve all customer complaints, and work to increase the level of customer satisfaction for the company and its products, and work to increase customer loyalty for the company and its products *Provide the necessary assistance to customers and deal with them gently and courteously,through phone calls or e-mail or personal interviews*Follow-up,competent and relevant departments to resolve customer complaints,pending the completion of the solution to customer complaints*Responsible for increasing the number of customers and by working to gain the customer satisfaction to the maximum extent possible*Receiving a complaint with the client to give him a promise to solve the problem as soon as possible after taking all the customer data and the device and the reason for the complaint*Re-contact the customer after the completion of the solution to his complaint and to ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of service provided to him*Reply to all customer inquiries and ensure that information reaches the customer wants to inquire about
-Qualifications *University degree*Training courses in customer service and marketing*Courses in the area of ??effective negotiation and crisis management*Training courses in effective communication skills *Experience of not less than 3 years in the field of customer service*Knowledge of computer applications(Word-Excel-Power Point)*Effective communication skills,negotiation and problem solving
