1- Install windows xp& win7 2- Install Drivers (troubleshooting) 3- Install External Drivers ( Scanner software& Printer) 4- Install the programs like (Microsoft Office&PDF& win RAR& win Zip ) 5- Join any computer to the Active Directory 6- Active directory user troubleshooting 7- Add local Printers & network printer& troubleshooting 8- Install new computer hardware 9- Good knowledge in network 10- Good knowledge in Microsoft office
