PURPOSE OF THE POSITION To work in close co-operation with doctors and pharmacists and other health care specialists in order to provide product information and awareness. To work in close co-operation with the Team Sales Manager and his/her colleagues, to ensure appropriateness of his/her orders, promotional message and the achievement of regular sales objectives. Regular visits to doctors, pharmacists and health care specialists to promote Inspire products according to the plan of action and to specific local needs. Ensuring that the standard visits as are accomplished effectively and reports this as per the used reporting system meeting the deadlines Continuous revision and update of the address list in co-operation with the TSM, and organisation of customer profiles Implements campaigns with customers and distributes gadgets, dispenser. Communicates special conditions and takes orders whenever required. Identifies important customers and keeps customer classification (A-B or C customers) up-to-date. Identifies new outlets. Regularly reports on competitors activities (products, prices, campaigns selling conditions, methods of promotion, etc) and on general market observations. Keeps himself/herself informed about the sales situation in different areas about general and specific product information and all matters of importance for carrying out his/her work.
SALES : (0-1 YEARS experience / Medical rep.:1-3 years experience/ product specialist 3- above ) Assists in the preparation of the pre-marketing plan and the launching plan for new products. Organizes local events (participants’ list, promotional material, logistics, “thank you” letters...) Proposes new ideas related to campaigns, promotional material to the TSM and is responsible for the implementation after approval. Is responsible of his/her customers with respect to:  Samples needed  Promotional material  Update list/addresses  Follow up requests/orders Positively participates in Internal meetings to review and discuss:  Sales achievements  Opportunities/challenges  Competitors activities  Plans to reach target To be well prepared for cycle meetings, training sessions (plans, presentations to be given...) Performing other duties assigned to him/her as and when required. Reports with monthly updates (as per monthly report guideline) to the TSM.
