JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Prepare and deliver technical and functional presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers. Requires strong technical understanding of the products.*Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments. *Write technical documentation for products and create competitive analysis documentation. *Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of products requiring detailed hands-on knowledge of products. *Understand educational industry and the specific terminology and requirements/capabilities of various educational technology solutions.*Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support. *Confer with customers and engineers to assess product deployment needs, and to determine system requirements for pre-sales and/or post-sales deployments.*Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. *Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and partners. *Develop growth plans for Mid-market/Enterprise channel business. *Develop comprehensive technical account plans.* Prepare prospect needs analysis and responses. * Follow-up on functional/technical issues.
-Qualifications *Bachelor Degree in Engineering *Experience in Cisco products *Min. CCNA certificate *Experience in pre-sales engagements dealing with complex technology products.* Strong in integration.*Strong technology background required with the ability to understand customers need * Strong communication, interpersonal and presentations skills are required.
