Description
* Perform administrative duties including filing system, faxing, e-mail, minutes of meeting, answering telephone calls and receiving inquiries. *May answer basic questions related to the companys products offering. * Route inquiries and leads to appropriate Sales Representative. *Schedule meetings and presentations for Sales Team. *Prepare weekly and monthly reports identifying sales activities and productivity. *Handling correspondences including proposals, letters, and contracts as directed by the Sales Team. *Create new forms and materials as needed. * Coordinate & follow up on requests & needs with other departments.
Qualifications
* University graduate. * Excellent computer & Microsoft office user. * Very good command of English (spoken & written). * Professional Business Writing skills (both in Arabic & English). * Ability to maintain high level of organization, accuracy and attention to details. *Ability to work independently, prioritize work and handle multiple tasks. *Ability to remain flexible and responsive when faced with multiple urgent requests. * Ability to use a calculator and perform intermediate mathematical calculations. *Must be Customer Service Oriented and Team-Oriented.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills * Excellent computer & Microsoft office user. * Professional Business Writing skills (both in Arabic & English). * Presentable, can work under pressure & organized.
