TV Production & Distribution Co. are looking for office manager detail oriented with excellent interpersonal skills to organized and coordinate all administrative activities that ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office in a professional manner ,
The right candidates must be capable of fulfilling the following responsibilities:
• Delegating work and workload planning.
• Proficient in general MS office applications.
• Responsible for daily data entry and preparation of periodical reports.
• Maintaining personnel files and records.
• Managing minor office expenditures.
• Dealing with multifaceted queries and complaints from both clients and employees.
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Languages: Fluency in both reading and writing both Arabic & English
Computer: Excellent Computer Skills
