— Monitoring the daily agenda for the GM. — Handling outgoing/incoming correspondences. — Maintaining the filing system hard and soft copies. — Handling translation process for the needed documents. — Attending the BOD meetings to take minutes of meeting. — Following up on documents needed to be circulated within due dates. — Hotel & tickets reservations all over the world. — Receiving phone calls and interacts with callers and visitors. — Coordinating with other third parties assistance for meetings.
A Bachelor Degree in any discipline. 2-3 relevant years of experience in a similar position.  Effective communicationmanufacturing industry is an asset. &  Computer literate.  Team worker.  Multitasking. Organizational skills. English Language fluency
Female
1 - 2 Years.  
Very good knowledge of admin assistant role for the top management level, very good MS Package, Internet explorer.
