Job responsibilities:
• Respond proficiently to all consultation inquiries via email or phone.
•Identify customer needs and assess to the appropriate consultation program.
• Manage/Coordinate all on-site logistics
• Manage and problem solve concerns as they arise
• Evaluating consultation programs.
• Analyze customer satisfaction through feedback forms after each program.
• Maintain the professional company image through phone interaction, email or face-to-face interaction.
• Keeping records and files up to date, filing forms.

Required Qualifications:
• Bsc. in a relevant field, post-graduate studies in the field of Sales / Marketing are preferable.
• Excellent in English, both written & spoken.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient user to MS. Office.
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills. Previous soft skills courses will be a strong asset
• Ability to work individually as well as a team member
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure while prioritizing tasks to successfully meet deadlines.
