About this job

-Follow-up tasks given by the direct Manager to meet dead lines. Preparation of correspondence and other written tasks. Maintain appointment schedules and handling inquires. Facilitate the smooth operation of the Manager Office through the keeping of records. Coordinate with other departments to carry out tasks given in a timely manner Send and receive e-mails and faxes. Record meeting minutes. Handling all the incoming and outgoing mails Build up and maintain a high level of performing special assignments as required. Create an effective filing system. Handling Managers agenda. Handling staff attendance & allowance sheets Other duties as assigned.


Job requirement

•BSC of relevant university •Fluent English and French is a plus •Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft office (world, excel, power point, access). •Graduation grade should be Very Good or above. •Excellent in the Internet research •3-4 years experience
