-Job ID: 83913 Job Family: Human Resources Location: Egypt Organization: Global Shared Services Mode of employment: Full time only Siemens is establishing a Shared Service Center Middle East (MEA) located in Cairo. The HR Administrator assists the Senior HR Administrator in executions of payroll and other complex administrative HR services for Siemens affiliate companies in MEA. What are my responsibilities? * Maintain SAP HR database and ensure accuracy of input * Participate in payroll and other statistical reports * Participate in routine quality checks on financial and other data * Issue contracts, employment letters and other standard documents in Arabic and English * Answer customer inquiries by email and phone * Support and perform other administrative duties as required How do I apply? Job requirement


-What do I need to qualify for this job? * Very good command of both spoken and written Arabic and English languages * Good command of MS Excel and Word * Previous HR and SAP HR experience is an advantage What do I need to know? * Focus on quality and accuracy * Intercultural Sensitivity and customer service orientation
