HR (trainning and personnel)

Description Dealing with training service providers and following up on training evaluation. •Building a data base of potential candidates in the different areas of operations and helping managers in organizing interviews and recruiting best candidates. •Dealing with outsourcing companies regarding outsourced associates. • Dealing with Medical Company in facilitating medical services •Finalizing monthly HR reports including absenteeism, head count and training along with the relevant sophisticated chart illustrations. •Follow up on attendance system with managers and annual leave consumption. • Follow up on internal OT audit with supervisors. • Handling periodical audits related to the HR function – basically the training component.
Qualifications •Excellent analytical skills and advanced excel capabilities. •Excellent knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law. •Employee relations empathy and excellent communication skills. •Knowledge of TNA and training plans’ design and evaluation.
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
