The Manager )Payroll and HR Administration? manages the set-up of the activities and will later be responsible for the operational management of service with regards to service level agreements, quality, budget, compliance and customer satisfaction. What are my responsibilities? * Support the set-up of the shared service center Cairo * Participate in the development of processes, interfaces, service level agreements in cooperation with the customers * Supervise the development and maintenance of process descriptions and manuals * Manage day-to-day operations of service delivery * Strive to continuously improve and grow the services in competition with similar centers in other regions of the world * Select and develop a world-class performing service team How do I apply? -What do I need to qualify for this job? * More than 8 years of experience in relevant roles * Experience in business management and team development * Experience in Service Management , IT Management and/or operational Audit * Previous experience in HR services and SAP is an advantage What do I need to know? * Strong Leadership and Presentation skills * Focus on quality and accuracy
