• Provide technical expertise in the subject matter to design, develop and deliver technology-enabled applications, products and services to clients.
• Demonstrate knowledge of problem solving and needs fulfillment through company services and products in presales activities
• Oversee implementation and delivery of products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and company standards adoption
• Experience in Microsoft Messaging products (AD 2008, Exchange 2010, Lync 2010)
• Knowledge of developing solution designs
• Horizontal coverage of products in Microsoft Messaging portfolio
• Conduct presales activities and develop proposals in company relevant business lines
• Architect solutions in area of expertise
• Develop case studies
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
Qualifications and Educational Requirement’s:
• BA or B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• Advanced Certification in Microsoft Messaging Technology Products (AD, Network Infrastructure, Exchange, OCS/Lync Server, etc.)
