The main role would be focused on coordinating between VGE Customer Solutions, VGE Technology and GSOC teams related to VGE Solutions such as Central Ordering, Spend Manager and Vodafone Telecoms Management in managing product releases with multiple functions and/or work-streams throughout their lifecycles from conceptualization phase to closeout.

Coordinate a virtual project team consists of different work streams ( steering committee, Commercial, GSMs, technology, operations, MIS & Finance) and also working closely with customer solutions:
- Prepares product development objectives and schedules for all phases of product development and introduction to market.
- Work independently with vendors, customers and stakeholders to resolve issues related to the integration of content into their platforms.
- Create test plans and test strategies
- Produces consistent documentation required for new products, including but not limited to training materials, overlays, and quick reference cards.
- Provides documentation comparing the features of existing products. Submits project documentation to management for approval, and submits approved documents to marketing for final format, editing, and printing.
- Provides technical expertise and training to other departments and support to sales and marketing on product presentations and customer support.
- Author learning tools to facilitate content implementation and issue resolution (language requirements are flexible, we use whatever is the best tool for the job).
- Coordinate all testing needs of current production clients.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in their applicable field
- Facilitate the introduction of new functionality.
- Notify management of jeopardy situations and take necessary actions to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Ensure good communication flow between team members on project level. Ensure entire teams are regularly updated on the big picture on what has been achieved and delivered within the acquired account
- Define with them the major activities, due dates, responsibilities, and milestones. Make sure that the roles and responsibilities are not mixed from one to another one due to the VGE project’s complexity
- Arrange regular Review meeting to track progress against plan and drive for mitigation where needed.
- Raise any issues/challenges / risks facing the solutions projects with the steering committee and cascade down to the project team with any new decisions or changes
- Early Identification for any deviations in the project plan or during implementation so we can have fast corrective actions
- Think of creative approaches beyond the normal ones to ease any complexities facing the project launch date.   
- Ensure that affected users agree and are able to implement the proposed process.

- Support the definition of appropriate KPIs and metrics to monitor progress towards the agreed scope of work and later on in the operations
- Gather and analyze data to prepare projects status reports indicating the progress achieved, milestones completed outstanding issues and budget expended.
- Analyzes test data and reports to determine if designs meet functional and performance specifications. Analyzes, evaluates, and recommends cost improvement ideas through product, vendor, and design changes.

Role related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience
- familiar with ITIL standards
- minimum 5 years experience with product deployment and release management
- 8 yrs exp in general business.
- Certification is a plus
- Can create test cases and implement them (60% testing, 40% coordination across different teams)
- act as a SME ( own documentation and training for relevant products)
- Time management and planning/scheduling skills
- excellent communication - persuasion - negotiation - presentation
- Deep expertise in Project / Program Management and Quality Management
- Use MS project to develop project plans with key milestones and task dependencies.
- Knowledge in Process Management Proven ability to manage in dynamic, high-growth, high-uncertainty environments
- Strong communication and decision making skills
- Knowledge in financial related matters like budgeting, forecasting, controlling.
- Experience in setting up new processes & projects
- Knowledge of mobile data applications Knowledge in telecommunication systems and industry

Write manual test cases/matrixes

- Work closely with Development team to isolate and resolve bugs/issues
- Open/maintain case logs in defect-tracking system
- -Performance testing experience is a plus.
Software test certificate is a plus (ISTQB, or tools certification).
