Description | —Composes administrative correspondence and drafts such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials, minutes. Material frequently confidential in nature. —Receives reviews and processes incoming correspondence. —Preparing documents such as presentation materials, proposals, contracts, and agreements according to company style guides for sales review. —Coordinate with the Business Development Manager to complete Proposal projects. —Managing proposal input and information needed from sales, professional services and other departmental experts —Coordinating activities between sales and other departments —Gives appointment reminders, arranges and confirms meetings, and makes travel arrangements as requested from the Sales Manager. —Assists the Proposals & Contracts Team with the preparation & finalization of the Tenders. —Processing all correspondence, reports and memos from the Sales Manager. —Organizes and maintains various administrative, reference and follow-up files as requested. —Organizes own work, sets priorities and meets critical deadlines. |
