Summary:
- Answer incoming calls from customers, handle orders, create quotations, handle customers’ complains and solve problems.
Job Description:
- Responsible for Indoor Sales, Handling customers day to day orders and other customer related issues.
- Work with Outdoor Sales to increase revenue both for direct sales to customers or through installments.
- Working with the Outdoor Sales to solve problems and increase revenue.
- Responsible for Reports generation.
- Responsible for opening new accounts (Tele-Sales).
Qualifications:
- Faculty degree.
- English Language.
- Good negotiations skills.
- Good knowledge of customer service.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office application and it is a must to be familiar with the internet and its various business application.
