The Senior HR Administrator executes payroll and other complex administrative HR services for Siemens affiliate companies in MEA with the assistance of junior HR Administrators. What are my responsibilities? * Establish maintain routines and manuals for payroll processing including Internal controls * Manage the monthly payroll run for all assigned companies * Define, manage and improve service interfaces with customers * Demonstrate strong service delivery focus * Supervise Junior HR Administrators * Prepare analysis and reports * Follow up the development and implement corporate guidelines * Contribute to process and system improvements How do I apply? Job requirement
-What do I need to qualify for this job? * A minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP HR * Experience in payroll * Very good command of MS Excel, Access * Very good command of spoken and written Arabic and English languages * Previous experience in other HR functions or Audit is an advantage What do I need to know? * High focus on quality and continuous improvement * Ability to communicate and explain complex systems
