Assists in:
1-Relationship with roaming partners.
2-Relationship with Data Clearing House / Signaling provides.
3-Inter Operation Tariff (IOT).
4-Analysis of wholesale roaming opportunities & Business Development.


-1.Impact on the Business
•Assists in analyzing decision support data needed to set the Short-term strategies, for the wholesale roaming.
•Assissts in Recommending products related to the whole roaming, TAP files and the partnership with the third parties relationship.
•Collects data, analyze, present, and report on the Inbound, outbound wholesale roaming data.
•Proposes a discounted IOT for the roaming partners
.•Responsible for checking Revenue, and follow up the settlement of the payment with the partners.

2.Customers / Suppliers / 3rd Parties
•Assists in negotiating and agreeing service contracts with the roaming partners.
•Assists in maintaining the commercial relationship with the Data Clearing House, Signaling providers and others.

3.Leadership and Team Work
•Assists in resolving problems raised from roaming partners, which might affect the roaming quality of service.
•Champions best practice across the roaming partners to support the best offers for our customers through the retail group.
•Identifying business synergies to apply the best prices to the roaming partners’ visitors.

4.Innovation and change
•Share responsibility for identifying and implementing new ideas to develop business
 Opportunities and enhance business processes.
•Monitor closely the IOT for the roaming partners and competitor.
•Accountable for the new services / facilities for the roaming relationship.

5.Knowledge and Experience
•Experience in working in large corporate, in terms ofdeciding/modifying/respecting processes and regulations.
•Ability to work in cross-functional projects, and sometimes to lead projects.
•Readiness of managing critical projects.
6.Communication
•High communication skills to co-ordinate with business Platforms, Technology, Commercial, Finance, Legal and COPS.
•Capability of effectively communicating with different levels in the organization’s Functions and Teams.
•Escalates (when needed) and influences issues in timely manner.


-People management..
-CAPE/OPEX as per company rules.
-Annual operating plan and forecasts of the wholesale interconnect charges.
-Cost efficiency of interconnect charges and roaming costs.


University degree preferred in business / commercial.
Experience in Wholesale telecommunication is preferable.
