Give full support to Route-To-Market Projects (Nation Wide):
• Responsible for preparing the analysis of data needed to make operational Sales & Distribution choices
• Mapping existing outlet universe including key information
• Mapping competitor structures ( selling , execution , order generation , fulfillment , invoicing , cash collection )
• Mapping basic production , transportation , distribution , warehousing costs ( operating expenses ,raw materials )
• Mapping activity ROI analysis
• Mapping distributer rewards and compensation schemes
Support the creation and implementation of Sales Execution improvement programs, tools and materials
Support the creation and implementation of Distributor Development programs, tools and materials
5- 7 years of experience in FMCG Companies is A MUST
