Core responsibilities: We are looking for an innovative, results-oriented Creative Designer
who has a deep understanding of the internet & enjoys the world of
advertising. You will work with a very experienced, close-knit marketing
team across EMEA and will have an opportunity to develop and deliver
some engaging creative work whilst enjoying exposure to some market leading
creative agencies.
Part of the role is to turnaround digital creative, faster, more effectively
and cheaper than using an external agency but also to provide strategic
creative input into agency work. In addition, you will be required to work
on trade marketing campaigns that could include digital
advertising, Point-Of-Sale, Press & Event material development. The role will be in the Central Marketing Communications Team working
alongside other Creative Designer’s in Paris and London, and will be
providing creative executions for our lead markets in the Middle East
and Africa. Web development skills are a must and the candidate
must be fluent in Arabic and English - French is also preferred. This role will design market leading creative with a focus on
digital advertising, build and edit micro-sites (with database or other technologies)
and apply the latest technologies to digital marketing solutions.

The Ideal Candidate:- You must have a deep passion for all things advertising, marketing
- and the internet and be proficient in digital creative software with
- some experience of working either agency or client side.
- You must be a self-starter, comfortable with working in a fast paced,
- collaborative and exciting work environment and be able to
- work flexibly and manage effective stakeholder relationships
- across markets and functional boundaries
- You must also be able to prioritise & manage schedules to help
- deliver business results in a timely manner.
Role Requirements- Experience of online advertising creative production, preferably from a large agency
- Experience of Below-The-Line and Above-The-Line advertising design & production
- Experience of managing other creative designers and/or production resources.
- Understanding of online marketing, including affiliates, distribution tactics, multi-format display advertising, email and viral
- Understanding of online creative performance, how it is measured and how it can be improved
- Hi-end technical knowledge of mySQL, PHP, Flash, Action Script, HTML
- Basic knowledge of some JavaScript preferred.
- Active interest in the overlap of digital creative, site integration and web development
- Basic web development skills (with above packages)
- Advanced knowledge of design packages, e.g. Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Ability to layout Press & other Below-The-Line communication materials
- Interest and ability in copywriting
- Ability to think through every aspect of the user experience
- Experience of working across markets at an international and or European level.
- Must be a team player, self-motivated, and results oriented – strong individual presentation skills required (to present & sell-in creative concepts)

- Strong desire to build knowledge, expertise and skills from those around them, without having a direct team
