A very big international manufacturing company is looking for a ‘Factory Manager’ with the following qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:


• Review and adoption of plans and programs to load the machines with the Planning Department.


• Supervision and follow up the implementation of the production plan with production managers.


• Inspected the work day for all sections.
• Supervision on the maintenance section, and follow up the implementation of company maintenance plans.
• Overseeing the department of the workshop and follow up the implementation of the required.
• Supervision to follow the movement of labour factory (daily).

• Work to reduce production costs and streamlining production processes.
• Raise the efficiency of workers and motivate.
• Follow up the best use of factors of production materials and labour and machinery.
• Monitor the compliance of departments with ISO instructions.
• Monitor the compliance of all departments and personnel system, cleanliness and good appearance.
• Work to achieve the policies and visions and the overall objectives of company.
• Participate in the development of products and catalogs, and new ideas.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• 10 years of experience in plant management
• Computer literate
