Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager
A very big Multinational pharmaceutical company in Egypt is looking for ‘Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager’ with the following qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintains computerized accounts receivable system including set up and maintenance of fee codes and customer accounts and invoices for billings.
• Identify and apply legislative changes applicable to economic-financial information
• Supporting data to general accounting to facilitates and reconciliation, between ledgers and bank statement.
• Match and compare the resisted dishonored checks and post them to general ledger.
• Providing all the information required by tax legislation and the issue of certificates or records demanded by the applicable Official Bodies.
• Prepare details YTD company Sales upstream & upload it to Pfizer NY sales website.
• Review & calculate difference between contracted distributor deal (MEC) and actual % of discount delivered to some client to be paid back to distributor.
• Finalize clients' accounts by customer category for general ledger purpose.
• Report on accounts receivable amounts compares with No. of weeks of sales.
• Ensure the provision of all the information required by internal and external authorities, ensuring the quality of such information
• Calculate Collectors incentives every quarter & send to HR after Finance Approval
• Issuing checks for sales tax authority & medical stamp authority based on
• Accrual monthly calculated from monthly sales amounts & quantity.
• Adjusting all differences comes from D.D to customers accounts.

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
• 07-12 years of experience in finance
• Fluency in English
• Strong Accounting/financial background with ability to high deal with number accurately.
• Strong communication skills.
